Make a simple account, submit games by writing the players' 4-digit IDs in the order they got out, and let the rating system update the top five.
How the score works
First out gets the best game score. Last out gets the worst. The app compares that finish to what was expected from everyone's current rating, then updates ratings by less as someone plays more games. The leaderboard uses rating minus an evidence penalty, so one lucky game is not enough to own first place.
